2.Get your return label ready: to begin your return go into your order and take to a UPS or USPS location
3. Prepare your package: pack your return securely, in the original package if possible and include your packing slip (generated via the interactive returns process).

Ship it: When your package is read, do one of the following: For the U.S. Postal Service, give it to your mail deliverer, drop it off at your nearest post office (find your location: https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm ) , or schedule a free at-home pick-up. No, we don't currently offer exchanges. We do offer refunds with a $3.99 fee.
Once your return has arrived back to our facility and inspected within 1-2 business days from its arrival your refund will be initiated and can take up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card.
If you choose to receive an e-Gift Card it will be issued via email once your return is received back at our facility.

Typically, orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for stand shipping. Expedited shipping options are available with either 1 or 2 day shipping (selected during checkout.) Orders placed after 1pm on Friday may not ship until Monday Morning

We introduce new styles through each season, aiming to keep “Classic” colors in-stock year-round while “Seasonal” colors may or may not be restocked.
