What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund

Returns and exchanges are accepted for all unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund with free return shipping (U.S. & Canada Orders)

How do I return my order?

1. Email us at: info@freedomcompany.co and request a return//exchange with your order number and item or items and we will send a return label to your email.

2.Get your return label ready: to begin your return go into your order and request a return or exchange and take to a UPS or USPS location

3. Prepare your package: pack your return securely, in the original package if possible and include your packing slip (generated via the interactive returns process).

4. Ship it: When your package is read, do one of the following: For the U.S. Postal Service, give it to your mail deliverer, drop it off at your nearest post office (find your location: https://tools.usps.com/find-location.htm ) , or schedule a free at-home pick-up. For UPS, drop it off at your nearest UPS location (find your location https://www.ups.com/dropoff/?loc=en_US )

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! We offer exchanges for a different size and color in the same style! Your exchange order will ship when the original order has been returned and received via the mail.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Once your return has arrived back to our facility and inspected within 1-2 business days from its arrival your refund will be initiated and can take up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card.

When will my exchange ship?

Exchanges ship once your original item/items has arrived in our facility.

Can I receive my refund in the form of an e-Gift Card?

If you choose to receive an e-Gift Card it will be issued via email once your return is received back at our facility.

Does Freedom Company ship Internationally?

Yes! Please note we cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

How should I care for my Freedom Company apparel?

Best practice is to wash on cold and hang dry or use a low temp dryer setting.

When will my order ship?

Typically, orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for stand shipping. Expedited shipping options are available with either 1 or 2 day shipping (selected during checkout.) Orders placed after 1pm on Friday may not ship until Monday Morning

How long does shipping take?

All standard shipping is processed in 24 hours and will take 3-5 business days to arrive at your location.

When will you restock?

We introduce new styles through each season, aiming to keep “Classic” colors in-stock year-round while “Seasonal” colors may or may not be restocked. The restocked items will vary based on demand for each season. If you are wondering about a specific style or color, email: info@freedomcompany.co and we will be sure to get you more detailed information!

What size do I order?

We recommend you look at the sizing guide for each article of clothing as each style has slight variations depending on the cut and style. Overall we tend to run more on the “fitted” side. The best place for sizing advice is found on our sizing page. http://freedomcompany.co/sizingguide

Where does Freedom Company ship from?

All of our orders are process and shipped in Nashville, TN.

How do discounts work?

Only one code promotion can be applied to each order. During a site-wide sale, all the code promotions are disabled.
